What it is

Cameras alone
don't deter anyone.

Recorded footage helps you understand what already happened. Live, monitored CCTV stops the incident before it does.

Self-monitored cameras are a record. Operator-monitored cameras are a deterrent. The gap between the two is the difference between a police report and a prevented loss.

Offsite CCTV monitoring connects your cameras to our Gaborone control room over a hardened, redundant network link. When motion analytics or alarm triggers fire, the feed lands in front of a licensed operator within seconds.

The operator then makes a human decision: dismiss as a known false trigger (rain, animal, swaying foliage), notify you directly, or escalate to armed response. Every event is logged, every verification is timestamped, and every action is accountable.

The result: fewer false alarms, faster response on real ones, and a clear audit trail you can show insurers, auditors, and stakeholders.

The stack

Everything in one service.

Six layers, one provider, one accountable team. No "that's the alarm company's problem, not ours" handoffs.

01 / 06

Live monitoring

Cameras streamed into our VMS in real time. Motion analytics, line-crossing, and zone intrusion all surface to operator screens.

02 / 06

Operator verification

Every triggered event is reviewed by a licensed officer. False triggers are dismissed, real threats escalated — humans decide, not algorithms.

03 / 06

Armed response

We coordinate dispatch with vetted reaction partners across Gaborone and major towns. You're notified at every step.

04 / 06

Talk-down audio

Optional live audio over IP cameras with two-way speakers. Many incidents resolve the moment an intruder hears a real voice.

05 / 06

Health monitoring

Camera offline? Recorder full? Network down? We see it before you do, and we fix it before it becomes a security gap.

06 / 06

Monthly reporting

An auditable report of every event, every action, every uptime metric — in a format your insurer and operations team can both use.

Common questions

Things prospects
always ask first.

Have something specific to your site? Send it to us — we usually reply within a working day.

Usually no. We support all major brands including Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, and most open-protocol systems. After a site survey we'll tell you which cameras are fit-for-purpose, which need re-positioning, and which (if any) genuinely need replacement.
We provision a 4G LTE failover SIM on the site router so monitoring continues even if your primary line drops. The control room is alerted to the connection change, and the failover is tested as part of monthly drills.
We coordinate dispatch with licensed armed reaction partners with established coverage in Gaborone, Francistown, and most major towns. We don't sub-contract operator work — that stays in our control room — but reaction is handled by the right team for your geography.
All BEALARMED service contracts are priced and billed in Botswana Pula (BWP). Hardware quotations may reference SACU landed costs where relevant, but recurring monitoring is always BWP.
Standard service agreements are 12 months with month-to-month rollover. Enterprise clients typically take 24- or 36-month agreements with built-in technology refresh cycles.
Yes — a redacted sample is available on request. It covers event counts by type, verification times, false-positive ratios, system uptime, camera health, and any open tickets. Insurers find it especially useful at policy renewal.
